We are only able to ship to Canada and the United States.

If there is a problem with an item in your order, please contact us at admin@artbykonu.com. For more information, please view our return policy.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please do so within 24 hours by sending an email to admin@artbykonu.com. We will happily cancel your order if your request is received within 24 hours.

Unfortunately there are no exchanges, and no refunds on merchandise, or memberships.

Return Policy

Due to the nature in which we fulfill our product line, Art By Konu is unable to facilitate returns however, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such.

If a replacement order is needed, please contact us at admin@artbykonu.com with your order number and details of the problem. You may be required to provide photos of the item so that we can accurately liaise with our supplier to have the item replaced.
